On October 9, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held an Express Entry draw targeting Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. A total of 500 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residence were issued to candidates with Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores of 539 or higher.
Key details of the draw:
- Minimum CRS score: 539
- Number of ITAs issued: 500
- Tie-breaking rule: In cases where multiple candidates had a CRS score of 539, the cut-off was based on the submission date of their profiles. Candidates who submitted their Express Entry profiles before February 20, 2024, at 02:57:40 UTC were invited to apply.
