On October 10, 2024, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) invited 234 candidates to apply for permanent residence across three streams:
- Skilled Worker in Manitoba: 82 LAAs (lowest score: 845)
- International Education Stream: 114 LAAs
- Skilled Worker Overseas: 38 LAAs (lowest score: 711)
Priority was given to candidates with post-secondary education in Manitoba or spouses who studied there. Additionally, 36 candidates with Express Entry profiles and job seeker validation codes received invitations, improving their chances for faster processing.
This was the first draw in October, following two in September, which invited 554 candidates.
