  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization

  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Additional

  • The salary is 2392 euros gross (i.e. approximately 2000 euros net) + tips (approx. 80 €/week) + 13th month, which makes approximately an average of 2360 euros net/month
  • The accommodation will be provided by the employer.
  • The position is 39 hours/week (clockwork) and 1.5 days off.
  • The restaurant has a maximum capacity of 60 people.
  • The restaurant is open from noon to 1:30 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • There are no closed days, rest periods take turns.
  • The clientele is made up of locals and metropolitan residents in winter and mainly Canadian tourists in summer.
  • The summer season is short, from the beginning of July to the end of August.
  • The restaurant is brasserie type and the clientele can be family or business customers.
