Are you recruiting workers for a Hotel or Restaurant?  Are you having issues with finding the right people that fit into your operation?  Can’t find people with loyalty, motivation, strong work ethics and integrity?

Work Global Canada and Keyin College have teamed up to help solve these common issues with hiring workers in the hospitality industry today.  We have quality trained hospitality workers that are ready for hire!

In 2010, Keyin College administered a 16 week full time Front Line Hospitality Worker Program in Sri Lanka.  This program was developed to meet the Canadian National Occupational Standards for Housekeeper/Room Attendant/Cleaner and for Food and Beverage Server/Counter Attendant.  Our graduates are currently seeking hospitality industry positions in Canada, through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

“The motivation and quick learning ability of these workers is impressive.” says John Williams, the Lead Instructor for the Keyin College program. “These graduates have the skills and knowledge required for multi- entry level hospitality positions in Canada. Their loyalty and work ethics are unsurpassed for workers in this industry and I would hire them over most typical applicants for these positions.” John has spent over 25 years in Food Service and Hospitality Management and has employed many foreign workers in his career. “Sri Lankan’s are naturals at customer service. Their warm, friendly approach and desire to satisfy others is a refreshing change from the norm. I can personally attest to the fact that each of the graduates from our program are very well prepared for employment opportunities in Canada and their English language ability is more than acceptable.”

Several employers in Canada have benefited from our quality graduates. Other graduates, using the training and skills from our program are currently working in Sri Lanka in the hospitality industry in an effort to further build their resumes to make them even more attractive to potential Canadian employers.
