Work Global Canada Inc., a Human Resource and Immigration Services firm based in Newfoundland and Labrador, as part of their Ukrainian Support Program now offer a Ukrainian Employment Program that provides complimentary facilitation and support to Ukrainians who recently arrived at the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, get matched with employers.
VP of Operations, Wanda Cuff Young, of Work Global Canada Inc, says “our firm is pleased to be part of an initiative that provides support for new Ukrainians arriving to the province. We have a number of employers throughout province committed to assist in providing employment opportunities. We are also delighted to have on board new staff members to coordinate this program, one from the Ukraine and one from Armenia whose partner is from the Ukraine.”
CANDIDATE MATCHING WITH EMPLOYERS
Under this support program we are matching our employer needs with the needs of Ukraine candidates arriving to Canada. Our team aim to find the best employment, settlement, and community support for them. Though many arrive across Canada, our focus is at home, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Coordinating this Ukraine Support Program, Karina Humeniuk, Project Manager, Planning and Organizational Development originally from the Ukraine, holds a Masters’ degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Kiev Institute for the Humanities Kyiv, Ukraine. She has extensive experience in International Business Relations, Communication Advisory, and Events Management. Tatevik Zaikova, Intake Administrative Officer, will also assist Karina in this program.
In the early days of August we will host Information sessions for both Ukrainian individuals and Employers to learn more about this support program. Exact times and connect options will be announced in the coming days.
